19th August 2009~

At the 18th we didn't have any music due to the fact that we were having independence day holiday at the time. :'3

So, this entry has skipped the last day and moved to the 19th of August yay
Let's see...
Today Mr.John was absent, and Ms.Melvina took over the teaching duties! :D
Again, today we learned about the chord inversions, this time for both the triads and the 7 chords.
I understood pretty clearly though I still need to practise so that I can actually do it well.
We got some time to discuss of project afterwards. Though I'm not sure what we actually discussed since we already planned everything.

12th August 2009~

Another day, another music lesson~
We got the lyrics to "Hari Merdeka" and "Berkibarlah Benderaku". Both were the compulsary nationality song that we hav to learn. D:
Not that I can't sing it or anything, but I used to sing this all the time :l
But then again, independence day is just a few days away, sooo XD
And after singing a bit of the song, we were given some time to plan our presentation.
Today was a boring one. :[

11th August 2009

Today we practised seven cords once more ;D
Also the inversions, we started with triads. It wasn't THAT hard really, but yeah.
Presentation is on the 26th of of August, and I was in group Latin music Callista's group.
We didn't exactly got a lot done today, so yeah. :(

5th August 2009~

Lalalala~

We sang Heal The world today finally for our assessment~ It was by pairs :P

I memorized that part, but then I was nervous so yeah -flails- XDD -bows- SOWWY D:

4th August 2009~

We were back to studying the 7 chords once again !!

I understood pretty well on this, at first I was a bit confused,but I understood eventually...

We practiced for "Heal The World" for the assessment too :D

31st July 2009~

We were re-introduced to basic notations, I've learned the basics at my former school but I need to learn more :3

We learned many types of chords as well,the 7th chords and the triad chords 

We also sang Heal The World again, this time in pairs...

Music lesson got interesting each passing day ;D

28th July 2009~

We learned Heal The World again...

The song is nice,and I already memorized it even before I moved to Binus >:3

Kevin moved from string to guitar,so minus 1 from the string >o<

25th July 2009~

Today was the day they separate the kids to each different group of instruments

I'm the only one in the string... ==a

Most of the kids were really good at guitars and pianos !! >o<

Some of them got kicked out of their group just because they aren't good enough and the group is full, I think that's kind of unfair...

But it ends well though,so it's alright I guess....

And we sang Heal The World too... It's a good song... GO MICHAEL JACKSON !!!

21th July 2009~

Today was my first music lesson at Binus...

I was very excited, the music curriculum was introduced to the others as well as myself...

We were mostly introduced to the bases of Music class and that's it :D
